It Equipment Conference Room Digital Monitoring System Tender Notice
Description
Supply, delivery, installation, configuration, integration, testing and commissioning of IT equipment for the Secretary Office and Committee Room under the project "Strengthening Digital Monitoring, Project Coordination and Forest Governance Systems". The procurement includes smart interactive touch screens, sound systems with amplifiers and complete cabling, video conferencing systems, audio conferencing systems, hybrid inverter UPS with external lithium batteries, 27-inch IPS LED monitors with wooden stands, 65-inch 4K smart LED televisions and on-site user training. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014. Bid security equal to 2% of the total quoted value in the form of Call Deposit Receipt is mandatory. Bidders must quote for the complete package and submit manufacturer authorization certificates with the technical proposal. Both EPADS submission and hard copy submission are mandatory.
