Description
Hiring of a third-party audit firm to conduct the financial audit of the PAVE Scheme. The procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage-Two Envelope consultancy procedure requiring separate technical and financial proposals under Rule 36(b) of the Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bid securing declaration shall be submitted in the prescribed PPRA format. Detailed bidding documents and terms of reference are available through E-PADS and the official websites.
