Consultancy For Third Party Validation Of Housing Projects Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of consultancy services for third party validation of projects comprising construction of 50 country homes and six apartment buildings at OPF Housing Scheme Zone-V, Islamabad. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS v2.0 using the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS). Only proposals submitted electronically through EPADS shall be accepted. Manual submissions are not permitted. Bid security of PKR 100,000 shall be provided in the prescribed form. Bid opening will be held at 12:30 PM. The revised closing date supersedes the earlier deadline.
