Police Operational Supplies Equipment Repairs Maintenance Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for Financial Year 2026-2027 covering lubricants, stationery, printing materials, computer stationery, sports items, beds and boxes, tents and tarpaulins, road safety items, general stores, plant and machinery, furniture and fixtures, computer hardware, information technology equipment, repair of machinery and equipment, repair of furniture and fixtures, building repairs, transport repairs and horse feed. Procurement shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Demand Draft or Banker's Cheque shall be submitted in hard copy in addition to the uploaded copy. Successful bidders shall furnish a 5% performance guarantee. Firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax and Professional Tax may participate.
