Office Equipment Stationery Furniture Supply Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of computer stationery, stationery, printing and publication materials, other office items, entertainment items, plant and machinery, hardware, IT equipment and furniture and fixtures for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS. Bid security in the form of CDR, Demand Draft or Pay Order equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost for each lot shall be submitted before bid closing. Electronic bids shall be submitted by 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM. Goods shall be supplied as required throughout the financial year and rates shall remain valid until 30 June 2027.
