Gis Based Distribution Bills Services Tender Notice
Description
Provide GIS based distribution of bills services for water and sanitation operations under an item rate framework contract with a 36 month completion period. Eligible bidders must be engineering firms and contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and registered on the Punjab PPRA e-procurement portal. Bidding shall be conducted through EPADS using the Open Competitive Bidding Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Earnest money of Rs. 3.849 million in the shape of CDR equal to 2% of the estimated bid cost shall be uploaded electronically and the original CDR submitted to the Tender Opening Committee before bid opening. Bids submitted by telegraph or post shall not be accepted. Bid opening will take place at 10:00 AM. Payments shall be made on a quarterly basis. Additional performance security shall be required where the bid is more than 5% below the estimated cost. Security, income tax and GST deductions shall apply in accordance with government rules.
