Purchase Of Miscellaneous Items For Sher Singh Baradari Tender Notice
Description
Electronic bids are invited from eligible firms holding valid NTN and GST/PST registration for the purchase, supply and installation of miscellaneous items for Sher Singh Baradari, Lahore. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended). The bidder shall quote rates for all items in the lot, failing which the bid shall be treated as non-responsive. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee in favour of the Director General Archaeology, Government of Punjab, shall be uploaded with the electronic bid and the original instrument submitted before bid opening. All items shall be supplied, delivered and installed at site where applicable without additional charges. Applicable taxes shall be deducted according to FBR rules. Pro Tip: This procurement includes heritage site furnishing, miscellaneous equipment, installation services, conservation support items, public facility supplies and archaeological site infrastructure materials.
