Vehicle Spare Parts Supply Maintenance Services Tender Notice
Description
Supply of spare parts and provision of repair and maintenance services for two wheel and four wheel vehicles for the financial year 2026-2027. Sealed bids are invited from reputed registered government firms, dealers, suppliers and contractors. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a call deposit, bank draft or pay order from a scheduled bank amounting to Rs. 500000. Bidding documents are available against a non-refundable fee of Rs. 6000 and may be collected on written request up to one day before bid opening. Only registered firms having their own workshop or shop in Gilgit-Baltistan, relevant technical staff, documentary evidence of experience, bank statement for the last one year, minimum five years relevant experience and registration certificates are eligible. Rates shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes. Conditional, ambiguous and incomplete bids shall not be accepted. Tender opening will take place on the same day after submission in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids in accordance with Rule 36 of GB PPRA Rules 2022.
