Renovation Global Investment Gateway Punjab Office Building Tender Notice
Description
The procurement covers provision of missing facilities and renovation of the office building of the Global Investment and Gateway of Punjab Wing, Services and General Administration Department. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS using the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Contractors holding the relevant PEC category and specialization codes are eligible to participate. Original earnest money equal to 5% of the estimated cost of PKR 81.118 million, amounting to PKR 4.056 million, is required before bid opening. Bid submission closes on 2026-08-06 at 12:00 PM and technical bids will be opened at 12:30 PM. The project completion period is six months.
