Dental Radiology Medical Gases General Items Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for the purchase of dental items, radiology items, general items and medical gases for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Eligible bidders must register on Punjab e-Procurement System and provide NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost valid for 90 days is required in the form of Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, Call Deposit Receipt, Demand Draft, Pay Order or Banker's Cheque, with the original submitted before bid opening and a soft copy uploaded electronically. Bids will be opened on the same day after submission. Pro Tip: This procurement includes dental supplies, radiology consumables, medical gases, hospital consumables, healthcare equipment and general medical procurement for hospital operations.
