Supply Of Contingency Items And Machinery Repairs Tender Notice
Description
Elite Force Police Department invites sealed tenders for the supply of other contingency items, repair of machinery and furniture repair items for Elite Force Khyber Pakhtunkhwa during the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible government contractors registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority may participate. Total estimated cost is Rs.9,500,000. Bids shall be submitted through the E-PAD system with scanned copies and original hard copies in two sealed envelopes. Earnest money equal to 2% of the tender value is required in the form of a Bank Draft. Successful bidders shall furnish a performance security equal to 10% of the total contract value. Rates shall remain valid until 30-06-2027 and payment shall be made after successful supply and audit. Bids will be opened at 11:00 hours on the same day.
