Framework Contracts For Police Office Supplies And Repairs Tender Notice
Description
Framework contracts for purchase and repair of miscellaneous items including hot and cold items, sports items, tents and tarpaulins, stores, road safety items, fair and exhibition materials, ordinance store items, beds and boxes, meal charges, entertainment and gifts, computer hardware, software, IT equipment, plant and machinery, POL lubricants, stationery, computer stationery, printing, furniture and fixture, transport repairs, machinery repairs and repair of office and residential buildings. Bidding shall be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bidders shall submit financial proposals with proof of online submission and provide samples where required. Earnest money of 2% shall be submitted through CDR, Pay Order or Bank Draft and successful bidders shall furnish 5% performance guarantee. Registered Income Tax, Sales Tax and PRA firms are eligible.
