NED University of Engineering and Technology invites sealed electronic bids from manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors and suppliers for import and supply of laboratory equipment for the Urban and Infrastructure Engineering Department on a C&F basis. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage One Envelope procedure using EPADS. Eligible bidders must possess at least three years of relevant experience, maintain an average annual turnover of not less than PKR 100 million during the previous three years, hold active GST registration and submit a non-judicial affidavit confirming absence of litigation, blacklisting, fraud or collusion. Bid security equal to 2% in the form of Pay Order is required.
