Neoc Next Generation Technologies Complex Construction Tender Notice
Description
National Disaster Management Authority invites electronic bids from PEC C-1 and above registered contractors for construction of the extension of the National Emergency Operations Centre and establishment of the Next Generation Technologies complex. Eligible firms must appear on the Active Taxpayer List and be registered on EPADS. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS with bid security in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft. Original bid security and hard copy of bidding documents shall be delivered before the submission deadline. Bids shall be opened electronically in the presence of bidders' representatives. Pro Tip: This procurement covers construction works, emergency operations infrastructure, technology facilities, institutional buildings, engineering works and disaster management infrastructure.
