Operation Maintenance Irrigation Infrastructure Works Tender Notice
Description
Annual maintenance and rehabilitation works including civil works, irrigation works, lift irrigation schemes, electrical and mechanical works, flood protection works, surface drainage system and sub-surface drainage system within Mardan Irrigation Division during Financial Year 2026-27. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS using Single Stage Single Envelope procedure on Above/Below System. Eligible bidders must possess valid PEC registration in the required category and specialization codes together with active KPRA and FBR registration. Bid documents shall include signed BOQ, CNIC, valid PEC licence, enlistment, KPRA registration, FBR status, bid security documents and rate analysis where applicable. Original Call Deposit Receipt shall be submitted before closing time. Earnest money shall be 2% of the estimated cost. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 27/07/2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened at 12:30 AM on the closing date. Bid validity shall remain 120 days.
