Supply laboratory items under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Open Competitive Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible bidders registered with Punjab e-Procurement, Income Tax, GST and PST authorities may participate. Bidding documents may be obtained from the office of the Medical Superintendent or downloaded from the Punjab e-Procurement and PPRA websites. Bids shall be accompanied by bid security equal to 1% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft. Original bid security shall be submitted physically before the closing time. Bids will close at 11:30 AM and be opened at 12:00 PM on 10 August 2026. Successful bidder shall furnish a performance guarantee equal to 2% of the contract value. Pro Tip: This procurement covers laboratory supplies, laboratory consumables, diagnostic materials, testing supplies, medical laboratory equipment, healthcare consumables and pathology laboratory products.
