Annual Framework Event Support Services Tender Notice
Description
Annual framework contracts for providing and fixing temporary lighting, temporary sound systems, generators, streamers with wooden and iron frames, flexes, banners, flags, tentage, canopies, chairs, sofas, carpets, machinery on rental basis, refreshments, sweets, juices, mineral water, cold drinks, repair and rehabilitation of machinery including engine overhauling and tyre replacement, and supply and installation of plants and grass. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Electronic bids only shall be accepted and bid security equal to 5% of the estimated value shall be submitted electronically.
