Cycle Stand Canteen Open Auction Contracts Tender Notice
Description
Open public auction for the operation of the cycle stand and canteen. The auction covers two packages: cycle stand and canteen. Tender fee is Rs. 1,000 for each package. Bid security is Rs. 70,000 for the cycle stand and Rs. 50,000 for the canteen. Successful bidders shall immediately deposit 25% of the contract amount, while the remaining amount shall be paid within six months. Bidders must submit an affidavit confirming they are not blacklisted, accept all tender conditions, and will not initiate legal proceedings against the department. Active income tax registration and a copy of the computerized national identity card are mandatory. Bid security shall be submitted in the form of a bank instrument and cash shall not be accepted. Applicable government taxes, including an additional 11% income tax where applicable, shall be paid in accordance with prevailing laws. The successful contractor shall execute the agreement on stamp paper and remain responsible for the safety of vehicles parked at the cycle stand. The auction will be opened on the scheduled date and time.
