Sports Machinery Equipment Provision Three Years Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification is invited for the provision of sports machinery and equipment for a period of three years from 2026 to 2029. Interested entities registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List may obtain the prequalification document by requesting it through email. Participants shall submit sealed proposals prepared in accordance with the prequalification document. Queries may be submitted through email. Proposals will be opened on the same day after the submission deadline. A Grievance Redressal Committee has been constituted under Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or annul the procurement process in accordance with Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Pro Tip: This prequalification covers sports machinery, sports equipment, athletic equipment, ground maintenance machinery, sports infrastructure equipment and related supply, maintenance and operational services for long-term procurement.
