Event Management Catering Decoration Services Convocation Tender Notice
Description
Procure catering, decoration and event management services for Convocation 2026 through the EPADS system using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Eligible service providers must be registered with FBR and SRB, possess a valid Professional Tax Certificate and Sindh Food Authority Certificate, have at least three years of relevant experience including one large event of at least 8000 participants, submit audited financial statements and income tax returns for the last three years, maintain an average annual turnover of at least Rs. 50 million and provide the required affidavit regarding litigation, blacklisting and integrity. Bid security equal to 5% of the bid cost in the form of Pay Order is mandatory. Best and final prices shall be submitted as negotiations are not permitted.
