Medicines Surgical Disposables Medical Instruments Supply Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of medicines, surgical disposables and medical instruments for local purchase on a day-to-day emergency basis for the financial year 2026-2027. Electronic bids are invited from eligible bidders enlisted on the FBR Active Taxpayers List. Procurement shall be conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with SPPRA Rules 2010 as amended. Electronic bids shall be submitted only through EPADS. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,500 is required and the estimated procurement value is Rs. 200 million. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated bid value in the form of Pay Order, Bank Draft or CDR in favour of Contract Security, JPMC Karachi shall be submitted before the bid submission deadline. Bids will be opened at 11:00 AM in the Committee Room, Administration Block. In case of a public holiday or unavoidable circumstances, bid submission and opening shall take place on the next working day at the same time and venue. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with SPPRA Rules 2010 as amended.
