Framework Contract Uniforms Protective Clothing Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of uniforms and protective clothing under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-2027 with an estimated cost of Rs. 55,000,000. Contractors and suppliers shall be required to supply the goods as and when required by the department throughout the contract period. The required bid security is Rs. 2,750,000, representing 5% of the estimated cost. Bidding shall be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended). Only firms registered with the relevant registration authorities and tax departments are eligible to participate, while joint ventures and consortiums are not permitted. Electronic bids must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System together with the prescribed documents, and bid security must be deposited through the digital banking facility of the system in favor of the Project Director, Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit, Environment Protection & Climate Change Department. Bids will be opened on the same day in the presence of bidders who choose to attend.
