Purchase It Equipment Repair Surveillance Fuel Furniture Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes purchase of IT equipment for Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology and NSCC Samli Murree - repair of IT equipment - integrated smart surveillance and access control system with related services - POL for generators and vehicles - purchase of furniture and fixtures for the financial year 2026-2027. Bidding shall be conducted through an open competitive Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended). Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated price in the form of a fresh CDR or Bank Guarantee is required in the name of Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology. Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax departments of the Government of Pakistan. In case of a public holiday or non-working day, submission and opening shall take place on the next official working day at the same time and venue.
