Special Repair Maintenance Landscaping Government Properties 2026 27 Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of special repair, maintenance, improvement, upgradation, landscaping, horticulture and upkeep works for Federal Government lodges, hostels, federal residential colonies and government land located in Islamabad, Lahore, Peshawar and Karachi for the financial year 2026-2027. The procurement shall be conducted through a local competitive bidding process using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. The required bid security is Rs. 16,240,000 and the bid validity period is 100 days. Eligible contractors are invited to participate in accordance with the prescribed bidding documents and procurement requirements. Bids must be submitted before the specified closing date and will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM.
