Description

Procurement of annual framework contracts for the financial year 2026-2027 through an open competitive Single Stage Two Envelope e-bidding procedure on a lot-wise basis. The procurement includes hot and cold charges, office stationery, computer stationery, printing and publication services, miscellaneous items, lubricants and mobil oil, purchase of plant and machinery, purchase of furniture and fixtures, transport repair and purchase, machinery and equipment repair, furniture and fixture repair, and advertising and publicity services. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System as a single package containing technical and financial proposals inclusive of all applicable taxes. Original bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost of each lot shall be submitted before the bid submission deadline in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order. A performance guarantee equal to 5% of the contract value shall be furnished by the successful bidder in accordance with PPRA Rules. Technical samples or brochures for each item are mandatory for evaluation. Bid opening will take place at 12:30 PM on the opening date in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Eligible bidders must be well reputed and financially sound firms registered with the Income Tax Department, Sales Tax Department, Punjab Sales Tax where applicable and Professional Tax authorities.
