Procurement for providing and laying cobble tuff tiles and painting artwork at Maryam Nawaz Park. Procurement shall be carried out through EPADS using the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under open competitive bidding and evaluated on the least cost method. Bidders registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category are eligible. Earnest money equal to 3% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR is mandatory and original hard copy must be submitted before bid closing. Bids shall be uploaded electronically, duly signed and stamped, with financial instruments also submitted in hard copy where required. Bid opening will take place at 01:30 PM on the same day. Work execution shall be subject to availability of funds. Pro Tip: This procurement includes cobble tuff tile paving, park improvement, landscape enhancement, decorative painting, civil works, municipal infrastructure, paving works and public park beautification services.
