Operational Services Repatriation Illegal Afghan Citizens Tender Notice
Description
Procurement and hiring of operational services for the repatriation of illegal Afghan citizens and POR card holders in District Faisalabad. The procurement includes surveillance and security equipment comprising CCTV cameras, walkthrough gates, razor wire and metal detectors, transportation vehicles from Faisalabad to Torkham Border, provision of food items including meal boxes, breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinking water, juice, chips, biscuits, cupcakes, chocolates, Cerelac and milk packs, together with tentage, generators, bedding, tables and chairs. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Separate bids with bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost shall be submitted for each lot. Performance guarantee equal to 3% of the contract value shall be required from successful bidders. Bids shall be submitted electronically by 11:00 AM and opened at 01:00 PM on the same day.
