Office Supplies Equipment Maintenance Services Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of office supplies, equipment and maintenance services under a framework contract including Office Stationery - Computer Stationery - Printing and Publications - Sports Items - Hot and Cold Items - Tents and Tarpaulins - Beds and Boxes - Miscellaneous Items - Other Stores - Road Safety and Campaign Materials - Electronic Communication Equipment - Hardware and IT Equipment - Transport Repair and Maintenance including Tyres, Batteries and Filters - Lubricants - Plant and Machinery Purchase and Repair - Furniture and Fixture Purchase and Repair - Other Buildings Repair and Maintenance. Electronic bids are invited from firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers, authorized agents, dealers and distributors registered with relevant authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax and PEC where applicable. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the single stage two envelope procedure. Technical and Financial bids shall be submitted electronically. Original bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order shall be submitted before the deadline. Performance guarantee of 5% shall be required after award. Bids shall be submitted by 11:00 AM on 12.08.2026 and opened at 11:30 AM on the same day.
