Framework contracts for local purchase of medicines, surgical items and disposable medical supplies including a dedicated framework for the Chief Minister Dialysis Program for Financial Year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Lot 1 has an estimated value of PKR 6,000,000 with bid security of PKR 120,000 while Lot 2 has an estimated value of PKR 8,000,000 with bid security of PKR 160,000. Eligible suppliers must possess valid NTN, GST registration and Form-9 Category-A CDSL Drug Sale License where applicable. Electronic bids shall be submitted by 12-08-2026 at 12:00 PM and opened on the same day at 12:30 PM. Procurement shall be based on maximum discount from retail prices for multinational medicines, national medicines and surgical disposables.
