Framework Contract Medicines Surgical Disposables Procuremen Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of local purchase medicines on a day-to-day basis, surgical disposable items and medicines and surgical disposables under the Sehat Sahulat Program/Universal Health Insurance for financial year 2026-2027. Bids are invited from eligible and experienced registered partnerships, proprietors, firms and companies that are Income Tax, GST and PST filers. Separate bidding will be conducted for each lot through open competitive bidding under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Bid security is 2% of the estimated cost and must be submitted through CDR or bank guarantee in favour of the procuring agency from a scheduled bank in Pakistan. Bidders must provide an attested Rs. 100 security bond or e-stamp affidavit confirming compliance with the tender rules and that they are not involved in legal proceedings against any government institution. NTN, Sales Tax registration certificate and other prescribed documents are required. Prices must include all applicable taxes, duties and levies.
