Framework contract for the procurement of laboratory solvents including Methanol, Acetonitrile and Standard Technical pH Buffer Solutions Set on Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through open competitive bidding using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Technical and financial bids shall be uploaded through the Punjab e-Procurement System. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 10-08-2026 at 10:30 AM in the Meeting Room of the Drugs Testing Laboratory Bahawalpur. Digital bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost of each lot shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Only registered vendors, suppliers, firms, companies and distributors having the required technical, financial and managerial capabilities are eligible. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
