Framework Contracts For Supplies Equipment And Maintenance S Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes framework contracts for Hot and Cold Items including ice and coal - Lubricants - Stationery - Printing Services - Payment for Services Rendered - Other Stores - Computer Stationery - Miscellaneous Items - Training Aids - Muharram and Chehlum Duty Items - Beds and Boxes - Tents and Tarpaulins - Plant and Machinery - Furniture and Fixtures - Software - Transport Repair - Machinery and Equipment Repair - Furniture Repair - Hardware and Equipment - Software Repair. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Electronic technical and financial bids shall be submitted through EPADS. Original bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost of each item shall be submitted before the bid submission deadline in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order. Bid submission closes on 17-Aug-2026 at 11:00 AM and bids shall be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Eligible bidders shall be registered with FBR, PRA, PPRA and appear on the Active Taxpayer List.
