Framework Contract For Operational Supplies And Repair Servi Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of hot and cold items, lubricants, dietary items for Muharram and Chehlum duties, stationery, computer stationery, printing of miscellaneous registers and files, miscellaneous items, transport items, machinery and equipment items, furniture items, hardware and equipment items, and repair and replacement services for the financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure on a lot-wise basis. Electronic bids shall be submitted for complete lots only. Bid security equal to 1% of each lot value shall be deposited online through PSID before the closing time. Performance guarantee of 3% shall be required from successful bidders. Bid validity shall remain until 30-06-2027.
