Description

Procurement includes general store and other store items, printing items, stationery items, linen items, X-ray and MRI films, CSSD items, laundry items, IPC items, laboratory kits, chemicals, reagents, histopathology department supplies, bio-medical equipment and accessories, medical gases including liquid oxygen and cylinder filling, electrical items, plumbing items, air conditioner items, refrigerator items, carpentry items, IT equipment, computer accessories, annual maintenance of lifts with parts and consumables, and outsourcing of security services for the Financial Year 2026-27. Procurement is on Free Delivery to Consignee's End basis. Bidding shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Interested bidders shall submit electronic bids in PDF format through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Technical and financial proposals are required, while financial proposals of technically non-responsive bidders shall not be opened. Bid security equal to 2% of the total estimated cost of quoted items must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of bid opening. Hard copies of e-bids are not required. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
