Laboratory Items Visual Studies Laboratory Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procure laboratory items for upgradation and expansion of laboratory facilities for the Visual Studies Department through Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Bidders must be registered with Sales Tax, SRB and NTN authorities and registered on EPADS. Tender documents include procurement method, bid submission procedure, bid security, bid validity, evaluation criteria, clarification, rejection provisions and performance guarantee. Tender fee of Rs. 3,000 is non-refundable. Bid security equal to 2% of the total contract value in the form of Pay Order is required. Rates shall be inclusive of GST and applicable taxes. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS and will be opened at 1200 hours on the same day.
