Framework Contract Miscellaneous Items Services Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of hot and cold items, lubricants, hiring of services, dietary items for Muharram and Chehlum duties, stationery items, computer stationery, printing of miscellaneous registers and files, miscellaneous items, transport items, machinery and equipment items, furniture items, hardware and equipment items, renewal of miscellaneous software items, plant and machinery items and IT equipment. Procurement shall be conducted on a lot-wise basis through the Punjab e-Procurement System using single stage one envelope procedure. Registered firms, companies, manufacturers, suppliers, distributors and authorized agents registered with relevant tax authorities shall submit electronic bids. Bid security of 1% of the estimated cost of each lot shall be submitted online through PSID generation on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Technical bid opening will take place at 11:30 AM on the closing date. Performance guarantee of 3% of the contract value shall be deposited online after award. Total estimated procurement cost is Rs. 13.85 million.
