Framework Contract Miscellaneous Items Services Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of hot and cold items, lubricants, stationery items, computer stationery, printing of miscellaneous registers and files, transport items, machinery and equipment items, furniture and fixtures, miscellaneous items and maintenance, repair and renovation of Punjab Highway Patrol posts. Procurement shall follow single stage two envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System on a lot-wise basis. Registered firms, companies, manufacturers, suppliers, distributors and authorized dealers shall submit electronic bids. Original bid security equal to 2% of the estimated lot cost in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order issued by the Bank of Punjab shall be submitted before bid closing and a PDF copy uploaded with the technical bid. Financial bids of technically qualified bidders shall be opened later. Performance guarantee of 5% shall be required after award. Total estimated cost is Rs. 31.2 million. Technical bids will be opened at 01:30 PM on the closing date.
