Medical Gases Items Purchase Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of medical gases items. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System under applicable Punjab Procurement Rules. Registered bidders shall upload technical and financial bids with all required documents. Bid security of 2% of the estimated bid value in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee shall be submitted in favour of the Medical Superintendent. Scanned copy of the original bid security shall accompany the technical bid while the original shall be submitted before bid submission deadline. Single stage two envelope procedure shall be adopted. Bid opening will take place at 11:30 AM on the same day. Only one bid per bidder shall be accepted. Pro Tip: This procurement includes medical gases, hospital gas supply, oxygen systems, healthcare gas products, medical utility supplies and hospital consumables under a framework procurement arrangement.
