Purchase Of Medicines And Surgical Disposable Items Tender Notice
Description
Walk-in registration of bidders for procurement of medicines and surgical disposable items through local purchase on a day-to-day basis for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the single stage two envelope procedure. Manufacturers, importers, distributors, companies and authorized agents registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities are eligible to participate. Bidding documents and terms and conditions are available free of cost from the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA Punjab websites. A bid security of Rs. 50,000 in the form of Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee shall be submitted in favour of the Medical Superintendent. Bidders shall submit an affidavit confirming that neither the bidder nor its representative has been blacklisted by the institution or PPRA. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
