Office Equipment Maintenance Services Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of stationery and computer stationery, printing and publication items, miscellaneous store items, bedding and boxes, tents and tarpaulins, dietary and meal items, electronic, electrical, sanitary and cleaning items, plant and machinery, IT equipment, computer hardware, software, furniture and fixtures, vehicle spare parts, transport repair services, machinery and equipment repair, furniture repair, hardware items and repair, maintenance and renovation of office, residential and other buildings. Procurement shall be conducted through open competitive bidding using single stage two envelope procedure. Registered firms shall submit electronic bids with bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft. Performance guarantee of 3% shall be furnished after award.
