Miscellaneous Support Services Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement and provision of hot and cold weather items, lubricants, stationery, printing services, outsourced services, other store items, computer stationery, miscellaneous items, training aids, Muharram and Chehlum duty items, beds and boxes, tents and tarpaulins, plant and machinery, furniture and fixtures, software, transport repair, machinery and equipment repair, furniture repair, hardware equipment and software repair for the financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted through open competitive bidding using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Each electronic bid shall contain Technical and Financial proposals. Original bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost of each item shall be submitted before bid opening and the successful bidder shall provide a 3% performance guarantee. Samples and brochures shall be submitted where applicable. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
