Registration Of Vendors For Medicines And Surgical Supplies Tender Notice
Description
Registration of fresh vendors for day to day local purchase of medicines, surgical disposables, medical devices and related healthcare goods through the Online Automated Local Purchase System. Procurement covers local, multinational and imported drugs, medicines, surgical disposables and medical devices. Eligible vendors must possess an operational licensed pharmacy within 10 km of the hospital, maintain active taxpayer status and be registered on E-PADS. Performance guarantee of PKR 50,000 shall be submitted with the technical proposal in the form of Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, CDR, Demand Draft, Pay Order or Banker's Cheque. E-bids shall be submitted online by 10:30 AM and opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. This procurement supports continuous hospital medicine supply, pharmaceutical procurement, surgical consumables, healthcare products and medical inventory management through an automated purchasing system.
