Provision Of Human Resource And Security Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of human resource and security services on an as-and-when-required basis including drivers for smog trucks and mobile workshops, smog cannon operators, helpers, motor vehicle mechanics, smog cannon technicians, IT monitoring officers, supervisors and security guards. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Joint ventures and consortiums are permitted. Bids shall remain valid for 120 days and must include bid security equal to 2% of the estimated amount submitted through the digital banking facility of the Punjab e-Procurement System. Partial or conditional bids are not permitted. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted by 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. This procurement supports environmental monitoring, workforce outsourcing, security operations, smog control, technical field services and public sector operational support.
