Procure miscellaneous items required for endotoxin testing under a framework contract on DDP basis for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement follows an open competitive Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Interested vendors registered on the Punjab E-Procurement Portal shall submit electronic technical and financial bids only. No hard copy is required. Bid security shall be submitted online through PSID in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee and no physical financial instrument shall be accepted. A pre-bid meeting shall be held on the date and time specified in the bidding documents. Bid opening will take place at 02:30 PM.
