Food Cleaning Material Suppliers Prequalification Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification of financially stable suppliers and firms under a one-year closed framework arrangement for the supply of dry food items - eggs - fresh vegetables - roti - boneless beef - broiler chicken - housing material and cleaning material for the period July 2026 to June 2027. The procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage One Envelope Procedure. Tender documents are available upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.100. Bid security shall be submitted with the financial proposal according to the prescribed lot, failing which the proposal shall be disqualified. Bids will be opened at 11:00 hours on the submission date in the presence of suppliers or their authorized representatives. Blacklisted firms, suppliers, companies and bidders are not eligible to participate. The procurement committee reserves the right to accept or reject quotations in accordance with AJK PPRA Rules. Pro Tip: This procurement covers institutional food supplies, catering ingredients, grocery items, fresh produce, meat products, poultry, bakery supplies, housekeeping products, janitorial supplies, sanitation materials and facility cleaning consumables required for healthcare operations under an annual framework agreement.
