Procurement Of Medicines Medical Supplies And Hospital Services Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of medicines, surgical and disposable items, laboratory items, printing material, bio-medical gases, X-ray films and chemicals, and operation of canteen and parking services for the financial year 2026-27. Separate bids shall be submitted for each lot through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Original manufacturers, sole distributors, authorized suppliers and firms with valid Drug Sales Licence Form 9A Category A, Income Tax and Sales Tax registration are eligible. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost is required through online CDR. Medicines shall be quoted on maximum discount basis while laboratory items, printing material, bio-medical gases and X-ray films shall be quoted item-wise. Bid opening will be held at 11:30 AM on the same day.
