Procurement Of Office Supplies Vehicle Maintenance And Build Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for the financial year 2026-2027 covering procurement of office stationery, computer stationery, printing items, mobil oil, lubricants, batteries, filters, tyres, tubes, flappers, miscellaneous items, sports meal items, tents, tarpaulins, ice, coal, other store items, beds, boxes, plant and machinery, furniture and fixtures, repair of machinery, repair of furniture, repair of transport, and repair, maintenance and renovation of government police buildings and service infrastructure. Eligible firms, suppliers, manufacturers and authorized dealers registered with relevant tax authorities may participate. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost shall be submitted in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order before the submission deadline. Performance guarantee equal to 2% of the contract value shall be required. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day.
