Laboratory General Store Hospital Support Items Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of laboratory and dental items, stationery items, general store items, X-ray films and chemicals, printing items, bedding and clothing, and repair of machinery and equipment. Eligible bidders include original manufacturers, sole distributors, authorized suppliers and firms possessing valid registrations and drug sales licences where applicable. Separate bids shall be submitted for each lot through the Punjab E-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Technical and financial proposals shall be uploaded electronically with bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost through the designated Bank of Punjab digital payment system. Bids shall be submitted by 21-08-2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM.
