Framework contracts for day-to-day local purchase and emergency purchase of medicines, surgical and disposable items, UHI medicines, dialysis supplies, X-ray films, radiology accessories, pathology and laboratory materials, dental items, printing materials and medical gases for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with separate technical and financial proposals for each package. Eligible bidders include manufacturers and authorized sales and service dealers. Separate bids are required for each package. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required. Bids shall be submitted by 27-08-2026 at 11:00 AM and opened on the same day at 11:30 AM.
