E-bids are invited through EPADS under National Competitive Bidding for the supply of biomedical equipment, anatomical models, medicines, surgical disposables, histopathology equipment, fully automated Hb/Protein Electrophoresis Analyzer, Real Time PCR systems for BCR-ABL and MPN Panel with reagents, imported and local orthopedic, spine, neurosurgery and dental implants, VRF systems, package units, AHUs, office furniture, locally manufactured instruments, split air conditioners, floor standing air conditioners, VRF and AHU parts, non-consulting services, miscellaneous items, horticulture items, telephone items, electrical items, sanitary items, AC plant chemicals, welding items, paint artist items, carpenter hardware, lead walling, mason items, housekeeping consumables, general disposables and accessories, electro-medical equipment parts, low-tech general equipment, vehicle tyres, transformer HT and LT panel repair and maintenance, tube well motor rewinding and repair, UPS maintenance, hospital furniture repair and waste disposal services. Bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS using Single Stage Two Envelope, Single Stage One Envelope and Rule 14(2)(a) procedures as applicable to each lot. Bidders shall quote on Delivered Duty Paid basis in Pakistani Rupees, submit a lowest bid certificate, upload scanned bidding documents in PDF format and upload the scanned CDR with the financial bid while submitting the original CDR in a sealed envelope before the deadline. Separate bid security is required for each lot ranging from PKR 200,000 to PKR 2,000,000 as specified. A pre-bid meeting for Lots 1 to 9 will be held on 2026-08-11 at 11:00 AM. Bid submission closes at 11:00 AM and bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. The framework contract shall remain valid until 2027-06-30 and reagent rental equipment contracts shall remain valid for three years.
